| 摘 要： | 针对当前水电工程结算系统的不足，结合相关的计算机技术探讨了大型水电工程结算系统的基本流程与分布式的体系结构，以充分发挥计算机化结算管理的优越性，其中包括工程结算的电子审核过程、结算报表的自动生成与管理等，并在龙滩水电工程结算系统的开发实例中获得了成功的应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, an elementary flow and distributed architecture of engineering settlement system of large-scale hydropower project is introduced. The realized methods and key problems of development and design of this kind of system are discussed in detail, such as the electronic auditing and the automatic building of the settlement report. And the design is applied successfully. |
