垂直窗复合光栅腔调谐波导CO_2激光器的研制

摘    要:本文提出用垂直窗复合光栅腔实现波导 CO_2激光的调谐,这种腔结构比布儒斯特窗复合腔的耦合损耗小,且工艺简单、调节方便.研究结果表明:复合光栅腔尤其适合一级输出方式,以增大总反射率、减小光栅承受的辐射强度,有利于谱线的稳定和实现单纵模运转.这解决了大功率和宽调谐的矛盾.在激活长度 Lg=340mm 的垂直窗复合光栅腔输出端,获得功率为3.8W 的一级10P(20)基模 CO_2激光以及功率大于0.5W 的谱线61条,可直接用作声光调制器光源、光声光谱测试光源.

Abstract:This paper presents a waveguide CO_2 laser tuned by a complex cavity with vertic- al window,Which is more favourable in reducing coupling loss of waveguide CO_2 laser than that of Brester's. The conclusion shows that this laser is more suitable for the manner of first-order output of grating,increases total reflectivity and decreases the intensity impinging on grating,and favours the stability of emission line and longitudinal-mode-operation. The results show an important way in high power and wide range tunable wave- guide laser making when discharge length Lg=340mm,the output of 10P (20) line is 3.8 Watt (TEM_(oo),first-order output of grating),the total transition lines are 61( (bigger than 0.5 watt),which can be applied to acoustooptic modulator and opto- acoustic spectroscopy.
