光纤布拉格光栅的高温特性研究

摘    要:本文对光纤布拉格光栅高温情况下的衰退情况进行了实验研究,实验表明在温度与时间对光栅的衰退都有影响,温度越高,光栅衰退越快;在恒温情况下,开始光栅衰退特别快,以后衰退速率越来越小,光栅相对稳定.反射中心波长对温度的响应进行了分析,实验表明反射中心波长对温度的响应重复性很好,且用二次函数能很好的拟合,可以将其用于普通温度测量、低温传感或短期的高温实时监测.

Abstract:The decay characteristic of FBG at high temperature made of high germanium-doped photosensitive fiber is studied. The experiment indicates that both temperature and time affect the decay of gratings. The higher temperature it is, the faster the grating decays. Begin with very fast decay, the speed will become smaller and smaller at some temperature and the grating is relatively stabilized. The response between reflect wavelength and temperature was experimentalized and analyzed. The experiment indicates that repetition of temperature-induced reflect wavelength changes is very good, we can impose it on temperature measure,low-temperature sensor and real time inspect at high temperature.
