摘    要:用蛋白酶、氧化剂和蛋白酶以及脂肪酶和蛋白酶结合处理羊毛纤维后,观察羊毛的氯Allworden反应和电镜照片,分析减量与毡缩的关系.研究表明,强氧化剂和蛋白酶长时间作用才可以去除鳞片,而脂肪酶与蛋白酶在较短时间内就可以去除鳞片;减量率超过10%,并不能说明羊毛纤维达到满意的防毡缩效果.探讨了蛋白酶对羊毛的作用方式,发现蛋白酶不但作用在羊毛纤维表面,对羊毛纤维内部也有较大的作用.

Abstract:Studied on treating the wool with protease, oxidant-protease and lipase-protease respectively. Observed the wool Allworden reaction and scanning electron microscope photos.Analysed the wool weight reduction rate and shrink-resistant relation. As the result, it takes longer time to treat the wool with strong oxidizing agent and protease than the lipase and protease, at the same time the wool does not acquire the satisfied result of shrink-resistant when the wool weight reduction rate exceeds 10%. Then discussed how the wool was degraded by proteinase. The result shows that the protease functions not only on wool surface but also in wool inner.
