含错边缺陷球罐的有限元计算及分析

摘    要:应用有限单元法对含错边缺陷的球罐进行了应力分析,讨论了球罐的两向应力变化规律及其弯曲应力分布规律。同时,对影响应力集中系数的各个参量进行研究,得到了错边球罐应力集中系数随这些参量变化的规律,并且把有限元计算得出的结果与矢田错边公式的计算结果进行比较。

Abstract:In this paper, FEM was applied to analyze the stresses in the spherical tank with staggered joint defects, and the distribution of 2-D stresses and bending stress were discussed. Then, through the research of each parameters affecting stress concentration factor, the regulation of changes of the stress concentration factor with the changes of these parameters was obtained. Finally, the results obtained from FEM method was compared with that from Shitian equations.
