摘    要:综述了近年来国内外非接触式全液体润滑机械密封技术的发展现状,重点介绍了这些机械密封的端面结构及其密封性能.研究表明:端面具有润滑腔和泵送槽的机械密封,能同时解决非接触和零泄漏两大难题.介绍了多种有泵送槽或凹腔结构的加工方法,其中激光加工技术不但可以较好地保证加工精度,而且还能优化金属材料的性能.特别是本文提出的“单脉冲同点间隔多次”激光加工工艺方法,能同时加工微观的润滑腔和宏观的泵送槽。

Abstract:The current state of the study on non-contacting all-liquid lubrication mechanical seals was summarized. The end surface structure and the corresponding seal performance were introduced. The result of research shows that the mechanical seals with the structure of lubrication pores and upstream pumping grooves can achieve the aims of non-contacting and zero-leaking. Several kinds of methods to process such structure were reviewed. The laser processing technique can ensure the machining precision, and optimize the properties of metal materials. Especially, the laser processing crafts of single pulse at a time and repeat at intervals presented by ourselves can process the micro-lubrication pores and the macro-upstream pumping grooves.
