运用小波分析的振动信号采集系统

摘    要:介绍了一种振动测试系统设计与数据分析相结合的方法,设计喷雾干燥塔喷管故障在线检测系统时,在主控计算机的控制下,通过传感器、S7-200和计算机等实现了喷管振动信号的采集,并利用小波分析对采集的信号进行预处理。事实证明,该系统可以完成振动信号的采集,并可以分析强噪声背景下的信号。

Abstract:The method that the vibration signal measure system is combined with data analyzing.During of the design of the system of on-line inspecting on spray drier's spray tube fault, under the control of the main control, the vibration signal acquisition of spray tube is realized by sensors, PLC, computer and etc.The signal is analyzed by wavelet in advance at the same time. The fact testifies this system can complete the vibration signal acquisition and analyzes the signal under strong yawp.
