比值光谱导数法同时测定锌、钴、镍的研究

摘    要:用比值光谱导数分光光度法,在pH6.86缓冲溶液中,非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,以PAN为显示剂,对混合物中锌、钴、镍三组分进行了同时测定此法是以同时利用吸收光谱比值的一阶导数和测量零交波长为基础的,它解决了重叠光谱相互干扰问题.合成样5次测定回收率在98.70%~104.3%之间.

Abstract:Ratio spectrum - derivative spectrophotometry was used for the simultaneous determination of zinc, cobalt and nickel. In pH 6. 86 buffer solution, the availability as well as the optimum codition for simultaneous determination of zinc, cobalt and nickel with PAN in the presence of nonionic surfaetant triton X -100 have been studied. The method is based on the simultaneous use of the first derivation of ratio spectra and measurement of zero-crossing wavelengths, The interferences of overlapped spectra have been overcome. The recovery of synthetic sarnple is in the range of 98. 7 % -104. 3 % (n = 5 ).
