摘    要:针对稠油热采区块已日趋严重的边底水入侵问题,进行了区块大剂量整体堵水配套工艺技术研究与应用,研制了复合类型的堵剂,分段塞注入,实现了大剂量低成本整体封堵。为满足现场大剂量注入的需要,研制开发了地面智能泵注系统,实现了注入自动控制、自动记录、长时间、全天候注入。经现场16井次的大剂量整体堵水试验,累计增油19353t,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,延缓或抑制边底水的入侵,大幅度提高了稠油注汽区块整体开发效果。

Abstract:Massive integral water plugging technology has been developed and applied to solve increasingly severe edge and bottom water invasion in thermal recovery block of heavy oil. Compound plugging agents developed are injected in segments to realize massive integral plugging with low cost. In order to meet the needs of field massive injection, surface intelligent pumping system is developed to realize automatic control, automatic record of injection, and long-time and all-weather injection. Massive integral water plugging test for 16 times indicates that cumulative incremental oil is 19353t, better economic and social benefits have been achieved, invasion of edge and bottom water has been mitigated and inhibited and integral development effects of heavy oil steamflooding block have been increased greatly.
