磨矿介质磨损机制研究

摘    要:根据实验室试验及现场工业性试验结果,探讨了选矿厂磨矿作业中磨矿介质的磨损特征,并比较了材质分别为碳钢、低铬铸铁和高铬铸铁的磨矿介质在冲击磨损条件下的抗磨能力及其磨损机制。提出了低铬铸铁是制造磨矿介质的良好材料。

Abstract:Based on the results of laboratory experiments and field tests, the wear characteris-tic of ore grinding media used in ore grinding process is analysed, and the impact wearresistance, abrasion mechanism of grinding media made from carbon steel, low chro-mium and high chromium cast iron are discussed and compared. The author suggestthat low chromium east iron is a excellent material for manufacturing the ore grindingmedias.
