基于LabVIEW的变距螺杆测试系统

摘    要:介绍了基于虚拟仪器的变距螺杆测试系统,分析了该系统的机构原理,系统误差及误差纠正的方法。该系统是利用普通等距丝杠产生标准运动与待测变距螺杆的运动进行比较的方法,测量变距螺杆的误差;通过运用角编码器和对丝杠导程累积误差的软件修正的方法,可以很好的消除系统的误差。将虚拟仪器技术应用到变距螺杆测试系统中,使该系统具有灵活性好,精度高的优点,能测试各种运动参数的变距螺杆,提高了测试效率。

Abstract:Introduced measuring system for variable pitch screw based on LabVIEW, analyzed the principle of mechanism, system error, and the method of correcting error. The principle of the system was comparing the standard motion generated by general invariable pitch screw with the motion generated by variable pitch screw, so that the error of the screw can be gotten. Through angle coder and the method of software correcting for general screw's cumulative pitch error, the measurement system can eliminate the system error. Applying virtual instrument in the measuring variable pitch screw, the system has the virtue of good flexibility and high precision, can measure many types of variable pitch screw, and improve the efficiency of testing.
