小型物流机械手的设计

摘    要:文中介绍了物流机械手的设计,此机械手采用电机减速器等实现运动功能,通过PLC控制各个运动部件。它可以在竖直面上移动、水平面上转动,还可以自由抓放工件,能够轻松准确地实现移动工件的功能,可减少劳动成本、降低劳动强度。

Abstract:The design of logistic manipulator is introduced. The moving parts of this manipulator was controlled by PLC .The motion function is implemented with motors and speed redueers . It can not only travel on vertical planes and rotate on horizontal planes, but also grasp work pieces freely to move the work-pieces accurately. Using the manipulator in logistic can complete the transportation of work-pieces quickly and efficiently so as to reduce labor cost and intensity.
