摘    要:催化裂化装置是我国炼油厂中的主要生产装置,它的长周期、稳定运行可为企业提供很大的经济效益.在催化裂化装置的非计划停工因素中,大机组运行故障占有很大比例.本文以抚顺石化公司石油二厂的一套催化裂化装置为例,阐述了结垢对催化裂化装置蒸汽轮机和烟气机运行的影响,对结垢的原因进行了分析和讨论,并提出了具体的解决措施.

Abstract:In many Chinese refineries, Fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) is the key unit to assure large profit margin, therefore, it is essential to reduce the downtime of the FCCU and keep it in good conditions for long-term running. It was found that the causes of unscheduled shut down in FCCU were largely related with the failure of some main engine system. The effects of fouling deposits on the running of the stream turbine and the flue gas turbine in a FCCU of the No.2 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company were analyzed. The solution measures were also put forward.
