| 摘 要： | 对土地整理工作,要用科学发展观作指导,树立“科学发展观”,确立“正确的土地整理观”。本文提出:形象工程的政绩标志误导土地整理行为,不能片面追求数量平衡而忽视质量提高;生态保护观念淡薄导致土地整理走入误区;建立土地整理理论,完善土地整理技术。

| Abstract: | The land consolidation and rehabilitation should be directed by the scientific development concept. This paper indicates that the figure project, as the achievement in one's post, will misdirect the land consolidation and rehabilitation.And the poor ecological protection concept will lead the land consolidation and rehabilitation into the mistaking area.The theory of land consolidation and rehabilitation should be established,and the technology of the land consolidation and rehabilitation should be completed as well. |
