基于IPC的全自动电脑卷簧机数控系统的设计

摘    要:根据弹的加工和成形要求,设计出一个专用于自动卷簧机的五轴联动数控系统,结合不同的功能接口板,系统采用工业控制计算机完成各单轴实时位置控制,同时由计算机在后台完成人机交互等管理功能,从而简化了设计,文中详细介绍了诉组成及实现。

Abstract:According to the manufacturing and forming requirements of spring, the design of a five axes coordinated NC system for automatic spring coiling machine is presented in this paper, combining with different PC cards,the realtime position control function of each axes has been realized by using industrial PC, while the HMI and other functions also have been carried out on the background which simplified the design of the system, the introduction to the framework and realization of the CNC system is given in the paper in detail.
