A/O工艺处理炼油厂海水和淡水混合废水的研究

摘    要:对大连石化公司污水场处理海淡混合污水的工艺条件、运行方式、控制方法进行分析和研究,总结出操作规律。结果表明,使用A/O生物法处理该性质的污水是可行的;在启动运行上,污泥培养驯化方式上与常规工业污水驯化相同但控制条件不同;在工艺条件上,SWI低于100mL/g,但污泥增长较为缓慢;在控制条件上,要求原水的含盐量必须稳定在±5%的变化幅度以内;在处理效果上,污染物可以达到90%以上的去除率,满足国标一级排放标准的要求。

Abstract:This article examines the process, operation mode and the parameter control method used by the wastewater treatment plant of Dalian Petrochemical Company in treating seawater and freshwater blended sewage.The article points out that using the A/O biological treatment method to treat this type of wastewater is feasible.For the startup operation,the process of the sludge cultivation and acclimation technology is the same as the traditional industrial sewage acclimation technology ,whereas their certain parameters are different. Technically,the SVI should be less than 100mL/g,but the growth of the sludge is slow.In order to achieve a more than 90% pollutant removal rate and to meet the first-grade national standard for sewage discharge,the change in the salinity of the untreated water must not exceed ±5%.
