| 摘 要： | 营养盐试样用盐酸溶解,采用原子吸收光谱法测定钾、钙、铁、锌。对仪器条件及干扰进行了试验,方法的精密度为2.61%~4.66%,加标回收率为98.3%~101.4%。

| Abstract: | Nutrient sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid,potassium,calcium,iron and zinc were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry,precision of the method is of 2. 61% ~ 4. 66%, + and the recovery is of 98. 3% ~ 101. 4%. This method satisfied the determination of nutrients potassium,calcium,iron and zinc. |
