关于制丝线中YT602叶片处理段电控系统的研究

以营口红塔卷烟厂制丝线为例，研究了制丝线中YT602叶片处理段的电控系统。此系统由1组主电控柜和分布式子控系统构成，子控系统又由30个分布式I/O子站箱、3台电子秤及3台现场操作站组成。此系统以德国西门子PLC S7-300为控制核心，PLC控制装箱翻包机、叶片垂直分切机、滚筒式加料回潮机等重要设备，使之稳定有效地运行。事实证明，整个系统性能稳定、功能完善、操作简单和维修方便。

Study on the Electronic Control System of YT602 Blade Processing Section in the Silk Production Line

Taking the silk production line of Yingkou Hongta cigarette factory as an example, the paper studies the electronic control system for the YT602 blade processing section in the silk production line. The system consists of a set of main electrical cabinets and distributed sub control system, and the sub control system is made up of thirty distributed I/O sub stations, three electronic scales and three field operation stations. It takes German SIEMENS PLC S7-300 as the control core and uses important equipment such as the PLC control packing tipping-bag machine, vertical blade cutting machine, and roller feeding-damping machine etc. thus allowing for stable and effective running. In fact, the system is characterized by stable performance, perfect function, simple operation and convenient repair.
