摘    要:为防止因非金属摩擦片磨损过薄所引起的制动安全问题,提出载货汽车鼓式制动器非金属摩擦片过薄实时检测系统设计方法。首先,根据摩擦片-鼓完全接触理论及实际应用情况,对现有非金属摩擦片的设计进行分析;其次,依据分析实现对非金属摩擦片中预埋3对检测触点的设计;最后,利用单片机AT89C51结合外围LCD1602、功放管理模块等,形成有效的过薄检测系统。整个设计合理,有效报警率达到98%以上。

Abstract:In order to prevent the problem of brake safety caused by the excessively thin nonmetal friction plate, the design of nonmetal friction plate real time excessive thinness detection system on truck brake drum is proposed. Firstly, the analysis of nonmetal friction plate is conducted based on the entire contact lining-drum theory and practical applications. Secondly, three pairs of pre-embedding detection contacts are designed according to the analyses. Finally, the excessive thinness detection system is designed based on AT89C51, auxiliary LCD1602 and amplifier management module. The whole design is effective in practical applications. The effective alarm rate is over 98%.
