基于AHP-FCEM的擦窗机结构安全性评价

摘    要:为保障在役擦窗机安全运行,降低其结构检修及维护成本,通过分析擦窗机结构安全性影响因素,基于AHP-FCEM方法,构建擦窗机结构安全性评价体系层次结构模型,获得安全性指标判断矩阵及模糊评判矩阵,计算各指标权重,确定擦窗机结构安全性评价值。通过实例分析,验证AHP-FCEM法针对擦窗机结构安全性评价的可行性,为擦窗机的使用管理和维护检修提供理论参考。

Abstract:In order to ensure safe operation and reduce structural repair and maintenance costs of permanently installed suspended access equipment in service, through analyzing safety influence factor of its structure and based on AHP-FCEM process, a hierarchical structure model of structural safety evaluation system is built, judgment matrix and fuzzy judgment matrix of security index is obtained, each index weight is calculated, and safety evaluation value of its structure is confirmed. Instance analysis proves that it is feasible that using AHP-FCEM process evaluates safety of its structure. This provides theoretical reference for utilization management and maintenance and repair of the equipment.
