摘    要:针对日趋严重的水环境氨氮污染问题,设计一款基于电化学测量的氨气敏电极在线实时自动检测装置。由常规实验方法测量得知,电化学反应条件的自动控制精度对氨氮含量检测结果是至关重要的。反应条件的微小改变会使得检测结果出现很大的误差,偏离真实值。通过最优时间控制算法、模块化的软硬件设计、以及常规磁搅拌器的改进,使得改进的反应釜的可靠性和工作效率都优于一般控制系统,缩短自动检测周期,提高测量精度。

Abstract:In response to the increasingly serious ammonia nitrogen pollution in the water environment, we design an online real-time automatic detection device based on ammonium-gas-sensitive electrodes. It is found that the accuracy of the automatic control of the electrochemical reaction condition is very important for determination of the ammonia nitrogen content. The micro change of the reaction conditions will make the detection result deviate from the true value seriously. The optimal time control algorithm, modular hardware and software design, and improved the conventional magnetism agitator allow for higher reliability and operating efficiency of the reactors relative to that of any other common control systems, shortened automatic detection cycle, and improved measurement accuracy.
