非均匀冷装配合数值模拟分析与试验研究

摘    要:对容积补偿器上过渡套管的非均匀冷装配合进行了模拟分析与试验研究,以确定合理的拔脱力值。参考核电标准RCC-M中的计算方法,确定了拔脱力的最小理论值。选取具有代表性的安装孔尺寸并初步拟定了过盈量范围。针对非均匀配合、不同过盈量开展了数值模拟分析,分析结果给出了参考范围。装配工艺试验结果验证了数值分析结果的有效性,装配过程顺利,拔脱力值较高,建议产品在装配时采用该过盈量范围。

Abstract:The numerical simulation analysis and test research on the non-uniform cold assemble behavior was analyzed and discussed to determine the reasonable pull-out force. The minimum theoretical value was calculated based on the RCC-M standard. The representative dimensions of the mounting holes and the interference were selected. Based on the numerical simulation of the non-uniform and the different interference, the reference range was given. The process test verified the validity of numerical simulation results, i.e., according to numerical simulation and testing results, this interference range was recommended in the subsequent formal product assembly.
