大口径抛物面天线自动折叠技术研究

摘    要:为了实现口径7 m抛物面天线雷达的公路运输不超限,把天线分割成9块。系统采用机电液伺服控制技术,以机电伺服缸作为天线折叠的驱动执行机构,以液压缸作为天线俯仰和旋转的驱动机构,以可编程控制器PLC的为伺服控制器,实现天线自动俯仰、展开折叠与锁固。试验及使用表明,该系统性能稳定、操作简单、阵面重复面精度高、锁定简单可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce a novel auto-deploying/stowing scheme for a large-caliber parabolic antenna. We expound the working theory of an auto-deploying/stowing mechanism used in the large-caliber parabolic antenna of radar with flexibility. To make this mechanism suitable for highway transportation, it must conquer a pivotal technology. It introduces the technical capability and function of the big-area parabolic antenna's auto-deploying/stowing mechanism which was the first to be used in China.
