冲击试验机摆杆结构设计分析与优化

摘    要:在对冲击试验机关键位置摆杆的结构设计中,利用ANSYS Workbench对摆杆进行瞬态分析,分析出其在受到瞬间冲击载荷时的应力、应变和变形的情况,根据目标函数减轻摆杆的质量进行参数优化,分析出各个设计点对应结构的等效应力、变形和质量,具体分析各个输入参数对摆杆质量的影响,选择出最优的设计参数。

Abstract:In the structural design of the key pendulum of the impact testing machine, ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct transient analysis of the pendulum, to obtain its stress, strain and deformation under instantaneous impact load. According to the objective function, the mass of the pendulum is reduced and parameter optimization is achieved, to analyze the equivalent stress, deformation and mass at various points of design, The influence of various input parameters on the mass of the pendulum is analyzed to select the optimized design parameters.
