摘    要:介绍了S模式单脉冲二次雷达天线座的结构设计,从传动系统、密封设计以及维修安全等方面提出了设计方案。在符合设计要求的前提下,还在轻量化、模块化和标准化等方面做了优化处理。最终的方案具备浸油润滑、双机自动切换、运转平稳可靠、噪音低和可监视油位油温等优点。

Abstract:The structure design of S model monopulse secondary radar antenna pedestal was introduced in this paper. The main design scheme covered such aspects as the drive system, the seal, the maintenance safety, and etc. The design, in line with the design requirement, was optimized in terms of light weight, modularity, and standardization. The final design of radar antenna pedestal has some advantages as follows: oil immersion lubricating, automatic switch system for double-electric motor, steady and reliable operation, low noise, and oil level and temperature being monitored.
