消防救援装备新型安全制动机构动态特性分析

摘    要:为了避免消防救援装备在运行过程中,其上的新型安全制动机构与外界激振产生共振而影响机构正常运行。通过对新型安全制动机构进行模态分析,并且利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对安全制动机构进行动态特性分析,获得机构最小固有频率为132.9 Hz及振型变化形式。通过计算得出外界激振频率为30 Hz和53.04 Hz。两种激振频率比较可知,机构外界激振频率均小于固有最小频率,因此新型安全制动机构正常运行过程中不会发生共振。

Abstract:In order to avoid any effect on the normal operation arising from the resonance occurring between the novel safety brake mechanisms of the firefighting and rescue equipment and the external excitation of vibration, a modal analysis is carried out on the novel safety brake mechanism and a dynamic characteristics analysist is performed on the safety brake mechanism using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The analysis result indicates that the minimum inherent frequency is 132.9 Hz. We also obtain the viaration form of the vibration mode. It is known form the calculation that the external excitation frequencies are 30 Hz and 53.04 Hz. Based on the comparison of the two vibration frequencies, the vibration frequency is less than the minimum inherent frequency. The results show that no resonance will occur to the novel brake mechanism the in the process of the normal operation.
