摘    要:针对装载井防护装置轻量化设计要求,提出了一种冲击载荷下结构优化设计方法。该方法首先使用拓扑优化方法获取装置内部梁的最优布置方案;然后,在此基础上使用动荷系数放大静力,模拟冲击载荷对最优布置方案进行尺寸优化,获得梁截面详细尺寸;最后,进行冲击载荷验证分析,验证尺寸优化结果是否满足强度和变形要求。结果表明,该方法能够有效地减轻防护装置质量,且缩短了优化设计时间。

Abstract:An optimized design method under impact load was proposed to meet the requirements of lightweight design for loading well protector. Firstly, the optimal layout of beams was got by topology optimization. Then, the dynamic load coefficient was used to enlarge fore for simulating the impact load, based on which, the optimal configuration and the detailed size of beam section could be obtained. Finally, the result of size optimization was verified by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. It turned out that the proposed method could effectively reduce the weight of the protector and shorten the optimization time.
