微波辅助提取野坝子中总黄酮及其抑菌性能研究

摘    要:以云南野坝子的茎叶为原料,微波辅助法提取了野坝子中的总黄酮。在单因素实验基础上,使用正交试验法对提取工艺进行了优化,并与回流提取法进行了比较;采用滤纸片法对野坝子总黄酮粗提液对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌3种细菌进行了初步抑菌实验。结果表明:乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1∶30 g/m L,微波功率为350 W,微波时间为60 s时,提取效果最佳,总黄酮平均得率达2.98%,优于回流法;粗提液对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌抑制效果较好,而对金黄色葡萄球菌无明显抑制作用。

Study on Microwave- assiste Extraction and Anti- microbial Activities of Total Flavones from the Leaves of Elsholtzia rugulosa

Abstract:Microwave- assiste technology was used to extract total flavonoids from Elsholtzia rugulosa. The influences on this assay strategy were carefully optimized by single factor test and orthogonal design test of L9( 34),and then Compared with the Reflux extraction. Meanwhile,the bacteriostatic test of resulting extract was further emulated to escherichia coli,bacillus and saphyloccocus aureus. The resulted indicated that when the ethanol was 70%( wt %),solid- 1iquid ratio was 1 ∶ 30 g / m L,extracting time was 60 s,and microwave power was 350 W,the optimal amount of total flavonoids was 2. 81% better then the Reflux extraction. In addition,the extract has obvious antibacterial effect to escherichia coli and bacillus,but has no obvious effect to saphyloccocus aureus.
