EMA伺服驱动系统控制性能的仿真研究

摘    要:在阐述了机电作动器(EMA)的结构和工作原理的基础上,对其永磁同步电机(PMSM)部分和机械传动部分分别建立非线性模型,然后分析了电流解耦对整个EMA系统性能的影响,并利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了基于两种电流调节器的EMA伺服驱动系统仿真模型。最后,通过两个模型仿真结果的比较,验证了PMSM的电流解耦有助于提高EMA的位置伺服响应速度和响应精度。

Abstract:On the basis of describing the structure and working principle of Electro-Mechanical Actuator(EMA) , a nonlinear model was respectively established conbining its permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) and mechanical transmission part. Then it is analyzed that how the current decoupling affects the performance of the EMA. By using MATLAB / Simulink, the two simulation models of the EMA servo-system based on two kinds of current regulators are established. Eventually, it is proved that the current decoupling of PMSM could improve responding speed and responding accuracy of the EMA by comparing the simulation results of two models.
