塔式起重机高效防摆控制研究

摘    要:针对实际工程生产中塔式起重机在吊运重物时的摆动问题,采用一种基于三维空间质点运动力学建模的方法描述重物运动规律,通过传感器实现吊物的实时摆动信息反馈,研究一种对摆角偏差进行直接跟踪消除的防摆控制方法。通过实验仿真,上述方法设计的控制系统效果稳定,适应大角度消摆,工程适应性较强,实现了塔吊安全、高效运行和生产的要求。

Abstract:In view of the problems of swinging during lifting of heavy objects by a tower crane, the research aims to study an anti-swing control method capable of direct tracking and elimination of any angular deviation by describing the motion law of heavy objects using the particle motion mechanics modelling based on the three dimensional space and achieving real-time information feedback through a sensor. The simulation experiment indicates that the control system designed with the above method has stable effect, applicability to the large-angle anti-swing, and high engineering adaptability and achieves safe and efficient operation and production of tower cranes.
