| 摘 要： | 开展劳动竞赛,是调动职工积极性的重要手段,也是工会工作的重要内容之一.工会在工程项目中开展劳动竞赛,应重点实施"五抓",转变三种观念,完善两项制度,把握一个载体,真正发挥工会组织服务"大局"的作用.

| Abstract: | Launching labor competition is an important means to arouse employees' initiative as well as one of important contents of trade union work.In launching labor competition in projects,trade union should lay stress on implementing five grasps',changing three concepts,perfecting two regulations and grasping one carrier to bring trade union into real play of serving overall situation. |
