| Abstract: | The chief problems and aspects of the hydro-thermal resource optimizing scheme market mechanism which need thoroughly study are brought forward through system analysis on domestic and overseas research instance.Based on this,the framework of the hydro-thermal resource optimizing scheme market mechanism is designed for the first time,and the function of the concrete mechanism under this framework is detailedly anlysised and described. |
