上海地区中小型水闸的病害检测、评估及应用

摘    要:从上海水闸老化现状出发,提出了对水闸进行安全检测鉴定的必要性,介绍了上海中小型水闸的检测内容及依据,并在现有建筑物评估方法的基础上,结合实际检测结果及专家意见,提出了更加符合工程实际的多层次模糊综合评判法。该方法充分利用实测资料,对水闸老化状态进行较全面的综合评价,为管理部门提供决策的依据,并以工程实例说明此方法简便易行,评估结果可靠。

Abstract:After analyzing the general aging situation of sluices in shanghai in recent years,this paper provides the necessity of the safe inspection and evaluation of the sluices.It introduces the measuring contents and standards of the medium and small-scale sluices of Shanghai and puts forward a more banausic multi-level fuzzy and integrated evaluation method based on the present methods and combining the actual testing results and expert opinions.This method makes full use of practical data and evaluates more comprehensively aging situation of sluices.It provides administration with policy-making principle.Finally,the paper proves that this method is convenient and workable,and the evaluation results are reliable with actual project.
