沉淀-吸附法分离纯化马尾松松针儿茶素

摘    要:采用乙醇回流法提取马尾松松针儿茶素,获儿茶素含量为25.0%的粗提物,用金属离子沉淀-树脂吸附法分离纯化,得纯度为91.45%的儿茶素。用金属离子沉淀-树脂吸附法分离纯化松针乙醇粗提物中儿茶素,工艺简单、收率高、成本低、健康环保,有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:By the method of ethanol refluxing, we can get the 25% catechin crude extracts, separate and purify the catechin crude extract by metal ions precipitation and resin adsorption,with purity of 91.45%. Using metal ions precipitation-resin adsorption method for separation and purification of catechin which extraction from pine needle by ethanol reflux method, the process is simple, high yield, low cost, environ- mental health, and has a good application prospect.
