分子蒸馏技术在废润滑油再生中的应用

摘    要:简述了传统废油再生技术的不足,针对废油中不同组分的差异,利用分子蒸馏技术的基本原理——在相同温度、压力条件下分子运动的平均自由程与物质的分子直径呈负相关,综述了分子蒸馏技术在废油再生中影响再生废油性质的主要因素,提出了该技术在废油再生利用中的研究方向。

Application of molecular distillation in waste lubricating oil regeneration

Abstract:In view of the deficiency of traditional waste oil components features, we use the basic waste oil regeneration technique, as for the difference of principle of molecular distillation that is the mean free path of molecular motion is negative related with molecular diameter at the same temperature and pressure conditions, by which review summarizes the influencing factors of reclaimed oil properties in molecular distillation technology disposal waste oil and put forward the technology in waste oil regeneration of research direction.
