摘    要:合成缓蚀剂的最佳工艺条件为:油酸与二乙烯三胺的摩尔比为1:1.2,咪唑啉中间体的合成时间8h,环化温度为220℃,中间体与季铵化试剂DMS的摩尔比为1:1。采用静态失重法,对在最佳工艺条件下合成的咪唑啉季铵盐进行缓蚀性能评价。结果表明,当咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂加量为1000mg/L时,就能达到很好的缓蚀性能;并且缓蚀剂的用量为500mg/L时,24h腐蚀速率为0.019mm/a,80℃时腐蚀速度为0.0214mm/a,将咪唑啉季铵盐以500mg/L与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)300mg/L、碘化钾(KI)1500mg/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)200mg/L复配。其缓蚀率最高可达77.16%。

Abstract:The optimum conditions for synthesis inhibitor:the mole ratio of oleic acid to diethylene triamine was 1:1.2 about intermediate synthetic time 8 h at the cyclizing temperature 220℃ and the mole ratio of imidazoline to quaterisation reagent was 1 : 1 were determined. The corrosion inhibition performance of imidazoline quaternary ammonium is evaluated by static weight-loss method. The result showed that when the dosage of imidazoline quaternary ammonium was 1 000 mg/L, excellent performance of corrosion inhibition could be attained, and when the dosage of corrosion inhibitor was 500 mg/L, the corrosion rate was 0.019 mm/a at 24 h and 0.021 4 mm/a at 80℃. After the imidazoline quaternary ammonium of 500 mg/L blended with sodium dodecyl sulfate of 300 rag/L, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate of 200 mg/L and potassium iodide of 1 500 mg/L,the inhibiting rate had achieved 77.16%.
