| 摘 要： | 通过体外抗氧化体系比较陕北不同产地红枣多酚的抗氧化活性。测定了红枣多酚清除羟基自由基的能力、清除超氧阴离子的能力、清除DPPH·自由基的能力、清除H202的能力。结果表明，来自陕北不同产地的红枣多酚在不同的抗氧化体系中都具有一定的抗氧化活性，但对于不同的自由基具有不同的清除效果。陕北红枣多酚都具有较好的抗氧化性，是良好的天然抗氧化剂。

| Abstract: | Study on the antioxidant activity of polyphenols of Chinese Dates from different area of north of Shaanxi province and compared in four antioxidant systems separately. Tested the capability of scavenging·OH, O2-, DPPH and H2O2. Results showed that all the polyphenols of Chinese dates from different area of north of Shaanxi had certain antioxidant capacity, but different polyphenols from different parts had different capacity in clearing away free radicals or H2O2. Polyphenols of Chinese dates from north of Shaanxi has strong antioxidant capacity and it is a good natural antioxidant. |
