摘    要:目前电力系统的无功优化大多注重经济性问题,较少考虑电网的安全性。为解决配电网络安全性较为突出的问题,提出了将安全性目标函数加入配电网无功优化中的算法,即将配电网络分区,采用安全评估指标对各个区域进行评估,得出表征该区域安全程度的安全性指标,将其加入各自的安全性优化目标函数中,使得整个配电网络网损达到最小的同时安全性得以提高,有利于系统更好地安全、经济运行。分析某地区电网的算例证明了该算法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:The breakdown of the distribution power network as security problem occurs frequently.This paper presents the security object function adding on the object function of reactive power network optimization;the security object function is discussed to make the distribution power network more secure and economic.The distribution power network is divided to many areas;each area has its different security assessment index.The index of security assessment which indicates the secure state of the areas is calculated by special security assessment formula on each area and then the index of each area is used in its security object function.The mathematical model of reactive power network optimization contains both the economy object function and the security object function;thereby the economy of power network are beneficial and the security of the distribution power network is enhanced through this reactive optimization method.The security of area which has worse distribution power network increases and the voltage of this area becomes steadier.Reactive optimization of the distribution power network becomes more secure and economic than the traditional method which pays attention to the economy object only.Then the effectiveness of the optimal reactive power network is practically verified.
