| 摘 要： | 层次分析法是一种有效的定性分析与定量分析结合的多目标决策方法.对于风险投资项目而言,风险评价问题是非常复杂的决策问题,它涉及到很多风险因素.本文运用层次分析法对影响风险投资项目的各种因素进行相对比较,并结合选择的项目实例,提出了层次分析法风险评价模型,构造判断矩阵,进一步完善了风险投资项目的评价指标体系,为风险投资控制提供了决策依据.

| Abstract: | AHP is an effective multi -target decision method combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. As far as venture investment project is concerned, risk evaluation is a very complicated decision problem and it concernes many risk factors. This article uses AHP to contrast different kinds of factors which affect venture investment project,the AHP model is built and the judgement matrixes are constructed for risk evaluation by combining application example, and perfects evaluation system of venture investment project, so provides scientific basis for venture investment control. |
