| Abstract: | The principle of stress linearization in design and analysis of pressure vessels was briefly introduced. Then the calculation methods of stress lineadzation were elaborated for axisymmetric model and non axisymmetric model, respectively. The purpose of this paper was to provide the reference for obtaining a reliable result of the stress distribution along vessel wall in design and analysis of pressure vessels. |
