超声-吹脱法降解颜料废水氨氮的研究

摘    要:超声技术与吹脱技术相结合处理氨氮废水是一种新工艺,通过实验分析了颜料废水中氨氮的浓度、超声时间、超声功率、超声频率及吹脱时间等因素对降解的影响。实验结果表明,当超声功率为100 W,超声频率为40 Hz,超声时间为20 min、吹脱时间为150 min时,颜料废水中氨氮的去除率最佳。研究表明,该工艺降解效果好,实用价值高。

Abstract:The combination technology of ultrasound and stripping was adopted to study the removal of ammonia-nitrogen from dyeing wastewater. Effects of ammonia-nitrogen concentration of dyeing wastewater, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic frequency and stripping time on the degradation rate were investigated. The results show that removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen can reach to the highest when ultrasonic power is 100W, ultrasonic frequency is 40 Hz, ultrasonic time is 20min, and stripping time is 150min.
