有机磷-三聚氰胺-芳香复合体系阻燃硬泡聚醚的性能研究

摘    要:通过发泡实验对比三聚氰胺聚醚、含磷聚醚、芳香族聚醚以及他们复配聚醚的性能,结果表明,单一聚醚制备的泡沫在力学性能、保温性能和阻燃性能方面都难以达到对聚氨酯硬泡的制品要求。而复配的聚醚不仅阻燃性能达到国家建筑等级B2级的标准要求,而且力学和保温性能也较通用聚醚优秀。

Abstract:The performances of melamine polyether, phosphorous polyether, aromatic polyether and their compound polyether were contrasted by the foaming experiments. The results show that the foam of single polyether products can't meet the requirement for rigid polyurethane products in the field of mechanical properties, thermal insulation properties and flame retardant properties, but the compound polyether products not only can meet the requirements of national construction level B2 standard in flame retardant properties, but also it is better outstanding than the general polyether in the field of mechanics and thermal insulation perfoixnance.
