摘    要:以喹啉为模型化合物进行富集培养,分离筛选出降解喹啉较好的菌株,经柴油中碱氮脱除实验,最终确立唯一脱C-N的CH9菌株为实验菌。菌株生化鉴定表明,该菌株许多特征与对照菌株枯草芽孢杆菌相同,初步鉴定该菌为Pseudomonas sp.。葡萄糖与喹啉共基质实验表明,葡萄糖的加入能促进菌株对喹啉降解,且随葡萄糖浓度增加促进作用增强。当葡萄糖和喹啉浓度较低时,降解反应遵循一级反应,而在较高的共基质浓度下喹啉的降解既不遵循一级反应,也不遵循零级反应。

Abstract:The CH9 stain which is able to selectively cleave organic C-N bonds and reduce nitrogen content of quinoline or diesel oil was isolated from enrichment cultures With quinloine as the sole source of nitrogen. The biochemical identification showed that the biochemical characteristics of the stain was the same as Bacillus subtilis, the strain was preliminarily identificated as Pseudomonas sp. The experiment of glucose and quinoline co-substrates showed that the presence of glucose had a promoting effect on the degradation of quinoline and the promoting effect increased with the increase of glucose concentration. When the concentrations of glucose and quinoline were lower, the degradation reaction followed the first order reaction. Under higher concentration of glucose and quinoline co-substrates , the degradation of quinoline neither followed the first order reaction nor followed the zero order reaction.
