对城市园林绿地可持续发展的思考

园林绿地是城市人工生态系统中惟有自净能力的系统，它对城市的可持续发展起着不可替代的作用，而园林绿地自身可持续发展能力的不足已成为提高城市绿地面积和绿化水平的瓶颈，进而影响到城市的可持续发展。作者建议要进一步在国民中强化可持续发展观念，并加强对城市园林绿地可持续发展理论，机制及应用技术的应用。

On Sustainable Development of Urban Green Space

Urban green space is only system with self- purifying capacity in the urban artificial ecosystems and has an unsubstantial effect on the urban sustainable development. Urban garden's sustainability is an important issue in its development and there are some misunderstandings in China. Some cities were swamped by plant community without strata. flower bed with certain pattern. or western-style lawn and some urban gardens were constructed for high consumption. It was the result of the collision of philosophy, culture, and garden concept between China and the Occident. It also showed that Chinese citizens are not very concerned about the urban resources and environnient. There, it is necessary to enhance national education about sustainable development and to strengthen studies on the theory, the mechanism, and the applied technique of urban green space s sustamable development.
