摘    要:在研究内窥镜导航的基础上,提出了基于计算机视觉的内窥镜导航技术,该技术采用了一种自适应阈值图像分割加速算法的寻径方法,并通过三维映射计算内窥镜头部偏摆角度。该方法具有较高的准确性和稳定性,在精度和速度上基本满足内窥镜导航的要求。

Abstract:A computer vision based navigation technology for an endoscope is studied. First, the principle of endoscope navigation is introduced. Then, a new fast method of auto-threshold is presented to be used for finding path in endoscope navigation. The auto-thresholding algorithm is described for extracting the lumen from endoscope images. This auto-threshold method is based on Ostu's method and the method is optimized by analyzing the endoscope image. Then the swing angle of endoscope head is computed by 3D method mapping. At last, an intelligent navigation system of endoscope is designed using the new auto-threshold algorithm. Experiments show that this algorithm has good veracity and stability.
