焊缝跟踪图像处理系统的研究

摘    要:为了实现对焊缝图像的处理,设计完成了用于焊缝跟踪图像处理的硬件结构系统,在此基础上对图像处理算法进行了系统的分析,设计完成了针对基于结构光的焊缝图像处理的工艺流程和算法.在算法中包含图像增强的log灰度变换,并最终实现了对焊缝图像的特征提取.用于焊缝跟踪的过程控制,可以降低劳动强度,改善产品质量,提高设备的自动化水平.

Abstract:Aiming at the realization of weld seam image processing,a hardware structure system for the weld seam auto-tracking Image processing has been worked out.Based on the system,the arithmetic of the image processing was analyzed systematically and the process flow as well as arithmetic of the structured light-based weld seam image processing was compiled.The arithmetic,including the transformation of shade of log grey for enhancement and the transformation,fulfils the feature extraction of the weld seam Image.As used for controlling the Weld seam auto-tracking process,it can reduce the labour force,improve the quality of the products and upgrade the automation level of the equipment.
