| 摘 要： | 凤凰古城位于湘西土家族苗族自治州吉首市凤凰县，是一个以苗族、土家族为主的少数民族聚集县，已有千年的建城历史。凤凰古城自古以来就是扼各方咽喉的边陲重镇，清时设厅、镇、道、府，是湘西的军事政治中心。

| Abstract: | The phoenix town locates in Phoenix County of the western Hunan province, which is the ethnic minorities gather county give priority to the miao nationality and tujia nationali-ty, and a city of one thousand years of history. The ancient to-wn of phoenix is the conjugate throat of the frontier town since ancient times, Qing dynasty establish hal , town, morality, ma-nsion, where is the military and political center of xiangxi. |
