“一江两岸”滨水地区空间活化策略研究

从不同时期河流与城市的关系来看,河流对于城市建设的意义重大,尤其是在生态文明建设的背景下, “一江两岸”滨水地区是消除滨水空间利用弊端的重要抓手和提升城市竞争力以及城市品质的重要平台.本文通过对相关案例的研究总结,针对”一江两岸”滨水地区提出创新性的设计思路,包括“以保障水安全为前提,以缝合城市空间为重点,以激发水岸活力为目标”三大路径,从而让滨水地区充分发挥生态安全效能,强化滨河两岸功能的联系,重塑滨水公共活力.

STRATEGY RESEARCH ON ACTIVATING WATERFRONT SPACE ON ONE RIVER AND BOTH BANKS

Based on the relationship between city and river in different periods, river always means a lot to the urban construction. In the call for ecological civilization construction, to develop the waterfront area is the key point of eliminating the negative waterfront space and enhancing the competitiveness and quality and the city. With some case studies, this article proposes the innovative concepts of urban design, including protecting the water security as the first, suturing the urban space as the key, and inspiring waterfront activity as the target, so that the waterfront area will guarantee ecological security, strengthen the contact of both sides and rebuild the waterfront public vitality.
