城市设计作为干预城市空间发展的技术手段,对城市建设过程的调控具有实质性作用.以城市设计项目的视角探讨城市设计实施机制的创新,通过城市设计项目库的构建、运行维护和动态调整,强化对各类城市设计项目的集中统一管理.以城市设计项目库为载体,将城市设计所提出的战略构想和发展目标转化为实际的建设任务,在计划、组织、协调、控制等方面采取系统性办法对项目库中不同类型、不同层级和不同特征的项目实施进行统筹协调与有效控制,进而提高城市设计实施的可操作性.

RESEARCH ON URBAN DESIGN PROJECT LIBRARY FOR IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT

t As a technological way to intervene the urban spatial development, the urban design plays a substantial role in the regulation of the process of city construction. In the view of urban design project, this article makes a discussion on how to improve the implementation of urban design. It aims to strengthen the centralized and unified management of urban design project by building the urban design project library and dynamically adjusting the operation management. Taking the urban design project library as a carrier, it turns the strategic conception and development objectives of urban design into the practical construction tasks. Taking systematic method in the aspects of planning, organization, coordination and control, it makes systematic coordination and control of different types, different levels and different characteristics of the project implementation in the project library, and then improves the operability of urban design implementation.
