铸造SiC/钢基复合材料中粒子的分解及相界面的结合特点

摘    要:通过在扫描电镜上对SiC/ZG25基复合材料的铸态和退火态试样作点分析和线分析,在显微硬度计上测SiC粒子周围铁素体显微硬度,认为SiC粒子在高温钢认中存在着很严重的分解现象,而在固态相变过程中却无此现象;在室温下,无论是铸态还是退火态,SiC粒子与钢基体组织的相界面结合均属纯物理型的。

Abstract:The serious decompose phenomenon of SiC particles in steel melting has been found by large quantities of experiments,but that phenomenon hasn't been found in solid phase transformations.At the same time,the paper points out that the bond interface between SiC particles and steel matrix of cast or heat treatment belongs to physical bonding in room temperature.
